Are you our next Café Team Lead?

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Café Team Lead to join our team at bp Connect Smales Farm. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals wishing to develop their career within the retail sector. We are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and a real passion for people and customer service.

This position is Full Time, and the successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week and must be flexible to work across all days and times including weekends and nights when required. We are looking for someone who is organised, can multi-task and has very good time management skills, someone who is able to cope with stress and above all has great customer service skills. 

Purpose of Role

• To promote and grow WBC contribution by including the delivery of excellent customer service, operational standards whilst achieving HSSE compliance & food Hygiene.
• To follow and adhere to all job tasks required daily on daily routine schedules.
• To deliver the financial performance of the WBC
• To provide a level of administration support to the site manager.
