Are you our next Café Team Lead?

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Café Team Lead to join our team at bp Connect Te Puna. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals wishing to develop their career within the retail sector. We are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and a real passion for people and customer service.

This position is Full Time, and the successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week and must be flexible to work across all days and times including weekends and nights when required. We are looking for someone who is organised, can multi-task and has very good time management skills, someone who is able to cope with stress and above all has great customer service skills. 

Specifically, you bring the following skills and attributes:

• Previous leadership experience in a cafe or similar industry
• Effective communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service
• Organisational skills – with the ability to multi-task in a busy setting
• Attention to detail, the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry out emergency activities if required
• A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride 
• Eligibility to work in NZ
